Coaching Services
Our time together will aim to increase teen and pre-team tools for communication, and help parents meet them where they are. Together, we will get some goals, fears, hopes, and dreams out and into the universe so you can both thaw and defrost to make it all a reality! All meetings are virtual, with the opportunity for local in person meet-ups. You're busy, and my students and families that have worked with me will tell you I've got energy that jumps through the screen!
One-on-One Sessions
You can sign up for sessions one at a time as needed or look at 3 at a time. The purpose of this coaching is to bridge the gap between you and your teen, but it's no magic bullet! Having been there myself, I know there are ups and downs so we can customize our work in any way you'd like! I can meet with your teen, both of you or we can just meet! It's truly whatever you need.
5 Meeting Path
A little more pointed, the 5x's a Charm plan is specifically for increased understanding and communication between you and your teen. It is designed to let your teen feel in control for a little leverage (shhh...). We will meet together, then twice with the teen, then together again, and then they can decide on the last session (with you or by themselves).

With 12 years experience in the education field as a School Counselor, many speaking engagements created/completed (workshop, webinar, or larger group speaking styles), a published author and trauma response expert, empty nester mom of two amazing kids I was once convinced may be sociopathic, and Leo Virgo Cusp-90's-middle child energy that remains unmatched, I LOVE working with others!

Creative Collaboration
We will make the decision together as to what time and resources are needed, but I promise I've been where you are and we will make it work! I have been trained to live in School Counselor efficiency mode, so we will:
- Have a 15 minute discovery call so that I can dig into materials before we meet in virtual video.
- I will show up to our virtual sessions (1 our each, number of sessions are up to you) with materials and ideas!
- We will discuss and see if there are any lightbulb moments/ideas/changes and I will take them and make some super cute deliverables while you keep your office moving!
- I will send you your deliverables and check in!
Speaking
I love to talk (which is why I chose a career to get paid for it!) and have presented to larger groups and smaller. I'd love to present any topic!
